Here is the printable template to make this Dresden flower. Printed as it is, it measures approx 6 and 1/4 inches from rounded petal to rounded petal and approx 7 and 5/8 inches from pointed petal to pointed petal. Feel free to enlarge the pieces to suit the size of your project. I enlarged mine and appliquéd it onto a shopping bag I made but you could appliqué them onto quilt blocks or reduce the size to fit it onto a purse. This motif would also make a lovely cushion. Tiny Dresden Flower Template
For anybody who would like a small version of the Dresden Flower Template, here it is! It measures approximately 3 and 3/4 inches from tip to tip and the straight side of each petal is approximately one inch. I’ve also included a video showing as much as I could of my process of making this, it’s a long one, but I hope it is useful and answers a lot of the questions I’ve received.
